Dues are up for 2015
Take a look at your calendars for this summer to discuss an out of state run this summer. Also for when and where'd you like to go?

Very good!
Now imagine that you are in a room with two doors and two men. Same senario exept, one door leads to life, and the other to death. The men are still one liar and one truth teller (you don't know which one is which), but they are NOT FROM the two places, however they do know which is which. Then what would you ask?

Ask them which door the other guy would point to as the door to life. They will both point to the same door. Don't take that door, the other door will lead to life.
Re: riddles (open to anyone)
Or an alternate solution: Ask each of them which door the other would point to as the door to death. Both will point to the same door, and that is the door to life.

Re: riddles (open to anyone)
Three wise men from different lands ask for help from a Queen. She can only help one, since they are all advisors to emperors that are at war with each other. To determine which one she will support, she devises a test. She blidfolds all of the wisemen and tells them that she will either paint a red dot or a green dot on their forehead, and she does. She removes the blidfolds and asks the wisemen to raise their hand if they can see at least one red dot. Since the men are all facing each other they all raise their hand. They do not know that the queen gave all 3 of them red dots however. She then says the first one to correctly determine the color of their own dot will get her support. They may only use the information from raising their hands. After a few minutes one of the men says "Oh mine is red", and he wins. How did he come to this conclusion?
There is no tricks to this one either. You can accually figure it out. It took me a few minutes the other day at Justin's, however I did hear a similar one like 10 years ago, but didn't remember the answer.

Got it!!! She told them she would either paint a red dot or a green dot on there foreheads, NOT paint 1 green and 2 red so when he saw the other 2 with red dots he figured out that was the color she was using.(Im not sure if Im wording this right but I think you get the gist)

Re: riddles (open to anyone)
That's not the solution I came up with. Here is a hint - he figured it out by the fact that nobody immediately knew the answer...

Re: riddles (open to anyone)
She said EITHER a red or green not a 2 red and 1 green so since she had red on the other 2 his must have been red also

Re: riddles (open to anyone)
Here is my answer: He knew he had a red dot because none of the other guys knew what color of dot they had. If he had a green dot, both of the other guys would immediately know that they had red dots (because they would see the other guy with a red dot had his hand raised, they would know he sees a red dot, which would have to be theirs). Since nobody knew the answer right away, he knew he must have a red dot.

Re: riddles (open to anyone)
If you picture yourself as A, the guy to your left as B and the other dude C, then imagine that B is green. C raised his hand, so he must have seen a red dot somewhere. If B is green, he must have seen it on you. Since it doesn't take long to figure that out, someone would have won right away. Also the queen probably wanted it to be fair. If she gave someone a green dot, they would not have a chance.

Re: riddles (open to anyone)
This family is lost in the woods and they are making their way out. They come to a river that they need to cross. They find a small boat that says it holds 175 lbs. Each adult weighs 100 lbs and each child weighs 75 lbs. They don't have any rope. Someone will have to bring the boat back each trip. There is 2 adults and 2 children. What is the least number of trips, and how do they do it?

If you were driving a bus with 10 kids on it, and made a stop where 5 got off and three on, then made another stop where two got off and 7 got on, and then made another stop where the same nuber got on as the first stop, but 1 got off, what would the name of the driver be?
