So, how can I assist the R-n-L teams, Do they allow a support team at camp? or are you totally on your own?

So what can we do to prepare you folks for this event?
What are some of the challenges they put you through?
Maybe we can lay out a practice event?
What were some of the learning curves you veterans learned from last year?
It's be sweet to take 1st & 2nd place!

From what I've heard, I'll be happy just to finish it

But I'm still going to try to beat Jon and Justin

No offense but this is a competition and Justin and I are done giving hints about it.
We were extremely happy to not only finish but finish as well as we did last year with no hints or real practice. But it will be nice to talk to other people about the entire event to another team who has done it after it is done. And it will also be fun to have another group to camp with.

But I will tell you this Bill and Jon, you should start practice washing Justins and My Jeeps since that is one of the events and its worth alot of points.

Well, good luck to ALL the teams then...hopefully it won't interfere with any wheeling this summer, trying to save equipment and all

Actually I'm glad you gave as many hints as you already did

And as far as practicing washing Jeeps, I already have one to practice on

It never got washed after the last snow run

Hmmmmmmmm Maybe a bet is in order here. The losing team washes the other teams Jeeps? Hmmmmmmmmmm

Beings how this is a competition, I don't think you should be allowed to touch each others jeeps due to possible sabatoge, tampering & secret stealing. So, I'll offer up my jeep for the preparation of the jeep washing event does that incluce under carriage also Let me know when your ready

Just one more hint, you should take the Friday before and the Monday after off. Trust me on this. But if you can only get one of them make it the Friday and try to get up there early to do tech insp. And make sure you have everything you need by then since they will not allow you to leave the campground once you've checked in. If you leave you will be disqualified.

Also I was talking to Ryan today and he did not know about the 76" track width rule. How my Jeep sits now Im too wide and they will measure.

Hmmm, I'm probably okay, but Jon H. might be borderline on the track width. I was looking at the required and recommended stuff they list, and I think we have that pretty well covered.

Good to know on the time off. I've requested the Friday, but not the Monday. I will probably go ahead and request the Monday as well. Is the reason for Monday because we'll be too tired to go to work?

He should be close I had to borrow Scotts rims and tires last year

I just got the time off today. I got Fri and Mon. I would say even being a co-pilot is stressfull enough to need that extra day. Last year I was verry glad I had Mon off. I think we were still unloading on Monday.

Well just turned in my registration. There was a spot available still, so I guess I will be seeing you all there. I know that you all are not giving any secrets away or anything special I did to know about the the TTC that isn't posted?

what you see on the ttc page and what we've said is about all you need, whos your partner and what are they running?

alrighty.......... my partner is a buddy of mine that I go wheeling with all the time and that I grew up with. He is just running a Toyota that he's built
