Denny Creek/Tinkham Snow Run 2013

Homey & I made a run up to Tnikham/Denny Creek today, MadMark had planned to come, but unfortunately his truck was making a squealing noise so he stayed home to fix it. Hopefully it'll be a easy cheap fix? It never stopped snowing the whole time up there, it was really blowing hard at times, right through my jeep

Sorry I couldn't make it, still not fixed. Going to the stealership on Monday. Carrier bearing making noise in reverse, need a press to remove and install. And they have 2 different types of bearings in 2007 GMC. Looks like fun, that had to be cold in the open jeep.

I just ignored the drift that was forming on the passenger seat

Just read this AM about the avalanches in the area, as we were pulling out of exit 47 we saw the news trucks & rescue vehicles parked on the exit road. We had no idea what was going on, thought it might be something up further on the pass? As it was it was on the north side of I-90 at exit 47. The conditions are ripe for avalanches though, we experienced none though fortunately
