Tuesday February 3rd at 7pm, at Ricardos restaurant in Factoria, unless someone comes up with another suggestion
Dues are up for 2015
Take a look at your calendars for this summer to discuss an out of state run this summer. Also for when and where'd you like to go?

Okay, here are a couple... Unfortunately, we didn't have a camera with us when I got him, but we took these at my brother's house later that day. I am still living on cloud 9 right now and although bowhunting is hard work, the experience is totally worth it for me. I had planned on getting a cow elk if opportunity presented itself just so I could gain some experience, however, I am thrilled that my first elk ended up being a bull... He was a younger bull in terms of horn growth, but a huge animal nonetheless...it was pretty amazing to realize my bow and arrow had just taken down a ~500 lb. animal in only a couple minutes. Looking forward to getting the meat back from the butcher (aka Dad)!

After posting my elk pics, I realized it probably should have been in a different section... Didn't mean to change the topic of the shore patrol run, guys...

Thanks for moving this, Bill Love the title... Guess you don't find many elk heads on the beach!

Thanks! Sorta a long story but, actually, from the time I spotted him to the time I shot was only about 10 minutes...
