Funny rocks this weekend

Ok, I am going to Funny Rocks Sunday. Dale and Jon are also going because Dale is riding in a trials bike competition. If you'd like to go, you can come with me on Saturday night and run the Naches trail out of Greenwater, camp on the little naches road saturday night, hit Whistlin Jack for breakfast Sunday morning, and head up to Funny rocks after that. Or, you can go with Jon and Dale Sunday morning over I-90 to riders camp/manashtash camp and then over to Funny rocks. We are going different routes, but meeting at the same place Sunday morning. So, lets go to the rocks and play this weekend!

If I get done with this golf tournament early enough , get a babysitter, and cure world hunger, I'm in. Or two out of three should work.

Sounds like a blast wish we can go but we're still cleaning up from the Luau. If by any chance we get done ahead of time do you have a time and place to meet?

Directions for Riders/Manastash(sp) campground

i-90 to "Yakima Boys" fruit stand,(Thorp highway?)
east of Cle Elum & west of Ellensburg.
head south to Cove Road, take right.
follow to Manastash Road take right,
keep going until you hit the Riders camp / Manastash Camp area

You got all day Saturday to clean! We'll be at Funny Rocks Sunday morning around 9 or 10

We're leaving Saturday sometime. Gabe isn't golfing now, so we're leaving during the day instead of at night. Most likely we'll run the Naches trail to the east side and set up camp along the little naches road. Probably just sit around and drink beer by the river until its bed time and then go to breakfast in the morning and meet up with Jon and Dale at the rocks straight from there.

Oooh....Oooh i wanna play. Well i can kinda play at the rocks, i'm kinda tempted to try the crack but i dont think i have the ballz, plus i like camping.
I ran the Naches a few weeks back for the first time but alot of it was at night. I wouldn't mind hitting it again and going that route. Especially since i've been through the Manastash camp and through Tripod Flats.

Are you gonna be stopping in Enumclaw at the Safeway to gas up? About what time?

I have no idea what time we'll be heading out yet, so maybe PM me your number and I'll give you a call. As for the crack, its easy, just follow me! Oh yeah, we do stop at the Enumclaw Safeway for fuel and groceries.

There should be some decent weather.

I'm still up in the air about Sat or Sun. I need to get the oil changed and retorque everything.

im heading up on saturday and going straight to naches and waiting for gabe and justin and setting up camp for the night is their a burn ban over their

Im finishing up with my packing and some food and drinks, I figured i'll buy the rest at Safeway in Enumclaw.

Weather looks like it will be in the low 80's and sunny, it will be perfect.

Justin, just let me know when you plan to be in Enumclaw so i can meet up.

Looking like its gonna be about 5pm at the Enumclaw Safeway. I'll give you a call tomorrow when we know for sure. Also, if anyone wants to meet Sunday morning at Whistlin Jack, we should be there at 9am.

Just a quick question.... is anybody bring any ladies on the trip?

I have a female friend that wants to tag along, she likes to camp but has never been off-road and in the Jeep. She's cool with being the only chick but i wondered if she may have some additional female company?

My girlfriend, Dales girlfriend, Gabes wife, and Carls wife will all be there.
