Fri Jan 30, 2015 3:14 pm by Zip
Tuesday February 3rd at 7pm, at Ricardos restaurant in Factoria, unless someone comes up with another suggestion
Dues are up for 2015
Take a look at your calendars for this summer to discuss an out of state run this summer. Also for when and where'd you like to go?

97 Western Wilderness. It has a shower and other stuff. Similar units were going for $7k-9k. I got it for $4,600. There is some damaged wood on one corner that I will need to repair, but I can handle it. I am verry exited! I don't have inside pictures yet because they were closed before I got back from the financing place.

I might not even use the toilet myself. When I get the thing home I'll have to figure out how everything works.

Very nice! Looks like you'll be very comfortable Memorial Day weekend!

Putting in on this. 02' turbo deisel 2500. I might need airbags. Not sure until I pick it up. It weighs 3100 lbs. I'm not sure how my overload springs work yet. Long bed.

I probably need airbags just to level out the ride. I just looked at my old truck and I think the airbag system will work on the new truck.

No, the inside pics are a similar camper, and I think that's a dog. LOL. Yes on the stove/oven. I'll be having frozen pizza, mac n cheese, top ramen, chicken pot pies, frozen corn and green beans, stove top stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Yeah, you'll probably have to get airbags, they're easy to install, I've the Firestones. I've swapped them to three truck so far, so you should be able to utilize your others. My 1-ton squatted even with the overloads, plus you'll be pulling a trailer, correct?
Did you do the close door magazine functional test I started at 8' ended up with the 10'9" before I was able to get real comfortable It can get real challenging in some of those bathrooms

LOL, no I did'nt even go in there. I hope it works out. And about the drags we waited outside for an hour and never went in. They were still drying the track at 11:00. There were only 30 people there total (racers and spectators). The girl showed us the list, and some of them were just quallifying for some other event.

Suggestions
First, be sure to have a couple of those small self stick torpedo levels. Once you have the truck/camper level to the frig, put these levels in the cab of the truck for quick leveling reference when setting up at a site. One for side to side, and the other for front to back
The other thing to check is the LP tanks, check the on/off knobs for a triangle shaped knob. They changed the code a few years ago from round one's. The filling stations aren't suppose refill these

Since I have been spending most of my spare time working on the Jeep, I haven't caught up on the forum for a while. Anyway, just wanted to congratulate you, Dale, on your recent purchase. It looks really nice

Not even touching the overload springs with the airbags. It drives really nice too.

Yes it has the old tanks. I guess I better get new ones, but these ones are still half full.

This thing is eleven freakin' feet long. I need an extension that is 37" outside of the receiver. I can probably stick 7" of the tounge under the step bumper. I'm sure it will be ok but if that's too long I'll cut the damn bumper right off. That'll save another 8". I think you said your extension is 24", Zip. Thanks but I guess I need a longer one.
