February RnL meeting
Fri Jan 30, 2015 3:14 pm by Zip
Tuesday February 3rd at 7pm, at Ricardos restaurant in Factoria, unless someone comes up with another suggestion
Dues are up for 2015
Take a look at your calendars for this summer to discuss an out of state run this summer. Also for when and where'd you like to go?

Justin, my wheels are still available...in the past we used to wheel without beadlocks, they're just a pacifier nowadays . I hope that's not what's holding you back , come on out and play
...and I have some beadlocks that will fit your setup, just need hardware (32) not pretty, but functional

We'll see how my caliper switch goes today. My brakes are still dragging and I'm putting on new calipers since thats all thats left to change. If thats the problem, I'll consider mounting my tire on one of your wheels. I just hate to mount a tire when I gottta take it right back off again.

Are the calipers dragging on the outside, rubbing the inside of the wheels? I had to do some grinding on my calipers to get a little extra clearance. Yeah, I know what you mean about taking the tire on/off, more chance to damage the beads. I've a decent (40%) spare that I haven't mounted yet, you could try that if you want also

I'd rather lay pipe but carpet works.

Weather Forecast
Looks like perfect timing for the hangover Run;
Issued Sunday 12-28-08
Snow for the Cascades:
An active weather pattern is in place over the next 7 days and so our region can expect some strong weather systems to move in and out of the region.
The days for the heaviest snowfall will be this Wednesday 12-31-08 and this coming Friday 1-2-09. The estimate for the snowfall for parts of the North
Cascades and Central Cascades (at 4000 feet and above) will be a total of 70 to 90 inches of cumulative snowfall from Monday 12-29-08
through and including next Sunday 1-4-09. In fact some forecast models suggest higher totals, over 120 inches. The East Cascades will be getting between
30 to 40 inches of snow during this period.

The Jeep is getting close to being fully repaired, however, we have to work that day so it looks like we're out for this one...
