February RnL meeting
Fri Jan 30, 2015 3:14 pm by Zip
Tuesday February 3rd at 7pm, at Ricardos restaurant in Factoria, unless someone comes up with another suggestion
Dues are up for 2015
Take a look at your calendars for this summer to discuss an out of state run this summer. Also for when and where'd you like to go?

Tonga Ridge
It was a nice day on the mountain all the way until the TJ wouldn't start. Ended up on the end of a tow strap and back on the trailer in about hour and halve. Heading up the road, check engine light comes on. Turned around at end of road and shut it off, that was it. Checked code when i arrived home, P0340 camshaft position sensor. Part should be here in the morning, hope that fixes it. Dam newer jeeps. No pictures! need to get the rest of the days events from Homey.

Re: Tonga Ridge
This Cam Position Sensor ended our day early on Tonga Ridge. This sits underneath the cap in the distributor. There is a pulse ring that spins between the 2 black stands. The 2 metal pieces should be attached and inserted in the near black stand. I replaced the Cam Position Sensor and all is good again. You can see that it was ripped out and unfortunately I don't know what caused this to happen. I foresee a new distributor in my future!!

Good spring like day in the hills. At least you found some snow....I was up at VanEpps and it looks like you had just as much snow as there was up there.
