Need Some RNL Help

Post  chrisstewart36 on Tue Jul 14, 2009 9:04 pm

Hey long time no talk to. I know you guys always go east, so I was wondering if you guys had any good maps of trails/Campgrounds, over at Rimrock or Liberty? I just don't want to drive over there without a clue of what's going on. Last but not least are there are lot of problems with non street legal rigs over there

thanks

chris

Cle elum ranger station will have maps, there just a block or 2 north of the safeway in cle elum. As far as street non street legal rigs........it kinda depends. Alot of the better trails at Liberty you will have to cross the highway though.

At liberty Willams creek has some nice campgrounds

thanks, as long as crossing the roads means just that, and not driving 2 or 3 miles down it to get to a trail. I was just hoping there was enough room around there to pull a truck a trailer in there without having to back up for miles. thanks again

There is an excellent set of maps downloadable in PDF format on the Cle Elum Ranger District website:
