Well they almost fit - gonna have to trim a little bit of metal and plastic inside the rear wheel wells. You can see the contact in the last picture, and at that point, I'm still about 1.5" off the bumpstops. The fronts are all the way to the bumpstop, and there is plenty of room everywhere up front, only the back had rubbing. The rubbing is on the front edge of the wheelwell - it's pretty dark in the picture, but if you look close you can see it.
I do get a bit of rubbing up front on the sway bar when it is connected, but it is up out of the way when disconnected, so I'm not going to add another washer on the steering stops, don't want to give up any turning radius.
This is with 3" suspension lift, 1.25" body lift, 2" bumpstop spacers, and 2" trimmed off the flares. Also have 1 thin washer behind each steering stop

Also, that was aired up all the way - clearance would be slightly better at offroad air pressure...

Re: Pics of the new 37x12.5/15 Goodyear MTRs
Well tonight Jon came over with his sawzall, and we fixed the clearance problem shown in the picture above. We ripped out the stock wheel well liner, then cut about 1 inch off the leading corner and 1.5" all the way up the trailing edge of the wheel well opening. Then did some shaping with a hammer to further clearance it.
Now I need to cut a rubber mat to cover the area around the fuel filler and charcoal canister, do some cleanup with a dremel tool, then coat the entire wheel well area with spray in bedliner.
This really opens up the wheel well. Kinda scary taking a sawzall to the tub though - no going back! I'm very happy with how it is going so far.
No pics until it's all done!

We measured, cut ... thought "hmmmm, I think we can go bigger" ... cut some more ... thought, "we can go even bigger if we rip out the wheel liner" ... and cut some more.

I did that with about 5000 miles on my jeep.
I had holes drilled in the tub the very first day I got it home.

Okay, all done with the fender trimming, got the rubber guard in place to protect the Evap canister and taillight wiring. So here are a couple of pics to show what I trimmed (with Jon's help!).
Before:

After:

You can see in the pic above (at left) where I've cut away some of the boxing under the tub and hammered up the pinch weld, shaping the corner in with a hammer at the same time. And some plastic was removed from the bottom corner.
At the right you can see that I've trimmed all the way up, somewhere around 1.5". On the other side it was a bit less due to the canister being in the way. You have to be careful not to cut into the metal plate underneath the canister.

Thanks! That is mostly Jon's doing - he manned the sawzall, and I did the hammering, painting, etc...
